Pick the program you want, choose your schedule and start date, and Studio Era maps out what you're doing right on Home. If life happens and you need to shift things later, you can change your start date or starting point without starting the whole program over.
Full guide: Start and follow a workout programYou definitely don't need a full gym. A few dumbbells, a booty band, a yoga block, and a mat will cover most Studio Era workouts. Start with what you've got, then add things as you actually need them.
Full guide: What equipment do I need?Not feeling a meal? Swap it for another option or change what you've planned in the Meal Planner. Then use your Food Diary to log what you actually ate, so you can make the plan work for real life and still keep track of your nutrition.
